  1. Who you are Buying From

    1. When you purchase a ticket for an event organized and hosted by our company WRAR, INC. (‘Event Organizer), the entity known as Stripe, Inc and Stripe Payment company- a U.S. state-licensed money transmitter and federally registered money services business- will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for Event Organizer

    1. Required Information collected by Stripe Inc. for WRAR, Inc at the time of payment is for the purpose of maintaining contact with you the purchaser for and throughout the Named Event for which the ticket was purchased. This information may include your, or your Representative’s, name (first, Last), addresses, phone number.

  4. Additional Fee

    1. Tickets purchased are typically subject to, among other possible fees, a service fee and a processing fee.  We are subject to collect tax as required by state and local laws. We may display the tax separately or include it in the total service fee amount. 

  5. Pricing and Availability

    1. Pricing and availability are determined by WRAR, INC and prices are subject to change at any time prior to Order Confirmation. We are not responsible for any typographical or system errors within the inventory listed for sale nor from the Stripe, Inc website. If an error is found while processing your order, please notify WRAR, Inc via email at of the error. Please check your tickets carefully once they arrive, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the tickets you received

  6. Order Confirmation and Processing

    1. Your order is confirmed when Stripe, Inc or WRAR, INC sends a confirmation, in the form of a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”).

    2. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via email to whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. We are also not responsible for any errors caused by the Stripe Inc or Stripe Payment company website nor processing.

  7. Cancellation, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events

    1. If your event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, we will attempt to contact you to update you on the status of the event, and inform you of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures. If you do not received a notification, please contact us via email at

  8. Refunds and Transfers

    1. The Basic Price of a ticket is set by the ‘Event Organizer’ and does not include service or processing fees nor sales tax, nor any other fees collected by Strip Inc. The event is 100% refundable for the ‘Basic Price’ if cancelled 40+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 23-39 days before the start date. There's no refund for cancellation 0-21 days before an event. Please see section above for Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events.

    2. The Transfer of ticket from the original purchaser to another person or entity (‘Transferee) is allowable only when all three (3) criteria are met 1. The purchaser contacts WRAR, Inc directly at 2. All information is provided about the transferee including name (first, Last), phone number, current address and 3. A Confirmation email is sent by WRAR, Inc to both Transferee and Purchaser confirming the transferred ticket. The transferring of tickets can only take place 21 days before the start date of the event.
